Designation Network Engineer
Job Description
Design and support LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure and associated software and hardware.
Collaborate with systems engineers/vendors for upgrades to operating systems, hardware, etc
Perform network audits as necessary
Monitor and identify capacity and performance issues for network traffic to ensure continued, uninterrupted operation of IT systems
Excellent verbal and written communication and customer interactive skills. Must be a team player
Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize network hardware, software, and communication links.
Analyse and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and
Provide end user training where required.
Documentation, creation of Network diagrams, topologies and Operational documents.
Strong Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS, Routers, L2/L3 Switches is required
Desired Profile
1-3 years experience required.
Good Communication skills required.
