The six students who have got above 99 per cent are A. Vijayakumar (CSE) 99.38; C. H. Sivakumar (EEE) 99.38; M. L. N. Prasad (ECE) 99.72; Sivanagendra (Mech) 99.9; Srikanth (CSIT) 99.23 and K. S. N. Adam Valli (Mech) 99.02. The centre, in a release, recalled that its student secured the all India first rank in EEE in 2003.
