After submission of application, am I permitted to change my Test Paper or Examination City?

Requests for change of Test paper after the submission of Application Form will not be considered. Requests for change of examination city will be accepted till December 31, 2010 with a fee of Rs.400/- to be paid in the form of demand draft (payment details) to the respective zonal GATE office.
