Functional Area:Application Programming, Maintenance
Desired Candidate Profile
The resource should have an overall IT experience for 4 years (at least 3.5) with minimum 2+ years of experience in desktop installation / maintenance.
Certification in MS Windows will be an added advantage.
Required Qualification : BE / B. Tech in ECE/ EEE / CSE/IT (OR) MCA (1st class preferred, 2nd class can also be considered)
2.Overall experience : 4 years ( 3.5+ can also be considered)
3.Technical skills required : Desktop & Windows
Job Description
Required Job Responsibilities:
1.Delivery acceptance
2.Testing of PCS, Peripherals
3.Installation of PCs, Windows, Peripherals
4. Testing the LAN points using PCs
5.Testing of WAN links using PCs (with the help of central NW team)
6. Maintaining up time of PCs, peripherals by timely replacement / service
7.Escalating to Central NW team in case of WAN link failure
8. Coordination with vendors for spares / service support for PCs &
peripherals
9. Escalation to Manager for any unresolved issues
10.Maintaining documents in the field and sending periodical reports by mail.
