Job Description
* Provide first level support to users to perform operations.
* Understand user's issues and problems and suggest work around if possible.
* Escalate where necessary to Central support group.
* Coordinate with central support team to resolve end users issues.
* Good knowledge of various Modules useful in Software Development and Software Maintenance
* Proactively monitor application behaviour and inform Central support team about anomalies.
* Manage co-ordination with the various working groups engaged in Operations in Passport Veva Kendras (PSK).
* Communicate application changes to users in coordination with Operations team.
