Job Description
• To lead team of 4-6 engineers in Full vehicle model building
• To plan and execute full vehicle FE modeling for LS DYNA solver
• Very good skills in BIW and structural meshing skills using batch meshing options
• To do entire process of FE model building/input deck (meshing, assembly, spot weld connections, dummy positioning, seat belt modeling and others)
• To debug the input deck/ to run 0mS and 10mS check
• To prepare quality process and report for FE modeling
• To convert crash input deck to NVH input deck
