Job Description
1.Inspection and Quality improvement at vendor end
Develop and strengthen inspection & testing activities of fabrication and machining components ordered by suzlon purchase in
order to meet production target.
2.Development of new supplier and components
Quality System stabilization at new supplier as well as new component of fabricated and machining components in order to meet
the target and specification
3.Quality Improvement projects
Initiate and drive QIPs inline with quality requirements like PPAP, QIPs, RCA, CAPA, 8D, DMAIC etc.
4.Vendor approval, Qualification, Evaluation and Rating.
Systematic approach for vendor development through vendor A,Q,E,R system.
5.Quality system Audit requirements
Participate, maintain and improve quality system at department level and at supplier end.
