• PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Center (Kolkata) Private Limited (PwC SDC) is a global initiative that provides a broad array of services across the globe. There is a strong need for localised services propelled by external drivers like globalisation and client changes to business models. To meet this demand and simultaneously leverage the scale and footprint of our global network, the PwC SDC was formed. The PwC SDC is a joint-venture based in India of members of the PricewaterhouseCoopers network and will work as a critical component of the scale and capabilities of our global service offerings.

Role

Designation: Associate - Content Management 

Job Description Key Responsibilities:-

Perform weekly maintenance of content for the various networks/industries.

Publish documents on Global Gateway — populating document fields.

Maintain (add, update, delete) distribution lists/profiles of global practitioners.

Sanitize client-sensitive documents, conforming to guidelines and specific instructions (if any).

Provide content support to ad-hoc requests, in addition to usual network/industry loads.

Communicate regularly with Team Lead reporting status of individual tasks. Flag issues to the team lead as needed.

Collaborate with the Team Lead and the relevant Knowledge Managers throughout the content-development cycle.

Daily client interaction with global clients.

Maintain daily individual work records and time details for generation of weekly reports.

Working on Lotus Notes functionalities and repositories.

Develop understanding of the network issues and hot topics.

Peer review of work done by other members.
 
Desired Profile  Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration/ Computer Science/Engineering/ Information Science / Management Information Systems .

Post graduation/Graduation in English/language studies, communication, etc.

1-3 years knowledge management or equivalent experience.

Basic knowledge in MS Office tools.

Familiarity with PDF editors like Adobe Writer / Nuance will be an added advantage.

Effective oral and written communications skills.

Competent in researching materials.

Competent in editing materials and summarizing documents.

Self-starter with ability to multi-task and constantly reprioritize.

Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly.

Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team.

Drive and willingness to add value and to develop the process of capturing and disseminating knowledge across the LOS worldwide

Able and trusted to work independently (remotely) under tight deadlines.

Functional expertise in basic copy editing and proofreading skills.

Skilled in managing content stored in electronic repositories.
