Job Description
Entry-level development, engineering and/or advanced technical knowledge and skill at the Degree level within specified area
of professional specialty, under supervision of more senior team member as appropriate to the day-to-day operating objectives
of the IBU/Function.
Undertake and/or participate in development, engineering or advanced technical design projects and programs designed to
develop professional skills and expertise that will support the units design and engineering and/or advanced technical needs.
Participate in the design, planning and implementation of development projects and initiatives within programming, design,
analysis or advanced technical areas of expertise.
Interact directly with colleagues, clientele, and/or other internal or external constituencies in the planning of
assignments and the resolution of day-to-day operational problems.
Receive guidance, training, and mentoring from more senior professional personnel in designing, planning and carrying out
activities and assignments.
As appropriate to the position, and as specified by mentor, conducts original design and/or research and prepares reports
based on findings, to included recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to employees and/or interns within area of specialty.
Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the specific objectives of the operating unit.
Utilization of knowledge and skills developed during completion of a specified undergraduate degree program in the design,
planning, development, and execution of assigned projects and task elements.
Intern under the mentorship of senior professional faculty and/or staff to develop experiential skills in an area of
professional specialty.
Execution of integrated research, development of reports, and preparation of recommendations or alternative proposals for
action.
Work as an active participant in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Maintain quality records and generating reports for senior levels
Initiate process improvement and ensuring compliance to quality standards
Ensure regular self up gradation
