Position: - Java - Analyst Programmer
Experience: - 2 – 4 years
Location: - Gurgoan
Job Role
Understand the requirements, design and develop solutions in the client, middle tier layers and batch programs.
Ensure that work is completed to a sufficient level of quality
Contribute to the design of project modules where necessary.
Ensure adherence to change management processes and assist in facilitating the ongoing review and enhancement of these
processes.
Actively peer review design and development artefacts to ensure quality in the products being developed
Engage with Sr. developers / Technology Lead to understand & put into practice the technology processes around application
development/integration.
Assist in developing a fit-for-purpose framework on the Middle Tier.
Work with the senior management to continuously improve the design, development and support processes
Desired Profile
Key Skills
Well versed in technology
Knowledge/Experience in the Java/J2EE set of technologies like Spring, iBATIS.
Knowledge / experience of using IBM Rational Application Developer.
Knowledge / experience of SOAP based webservice development.
Knowledge / experience of development using Oracle (SQL, PLSQL or any other major relational database).
Knowledge of FSDM or any other well known software development life-cycle methodology
