Role
To provide technical support and training to users of ANSYS preprocessing products across India and assist sales and marketing activities through presentations, demonstrations and benchmarks. Detailed job description is provided below: Technical Support •Assisting clients using ANSYS preprocessing products, through email and telephone, in all phases of geometry creation, geometry import, clean up and meshing•Work collaboratively with software customers to ensure their successful use of ANSYS products, sustain a renewals revenue stream and cultivate opportunities to expand software licenses •Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with customers•Guide in-house efforts in expanding customer accounts Support to Sales and Marketing Activities•Providing technical assistance to sales team through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and validation problems on preprocessing•Providing technical assistance to marketing activities by developing examples for new applications, technical presentations and demos at seminars, workshops Client Training•Training of clients/prospects at their site or at ANSYS offices Location : Bangalore or Pune Keywords: Preprocessing, Geometry, Meshing, visualization Contact Details Company Name:ANSYS India Website:http://www.ansys.com Executive Name:Sunita Melwani
