Designation:Engineer for Electrical Controls Engineering Process - 2 Opening(s)

Job Description     

1. Lead Process Action Team to define global engineering processes using CMM-I, ISO 9001:2000 and SPICE model best practices

2. Support development of next generation tools to improve and automate engineering and business process

3. Conduct audits

4. Develop, consolidate and report metrics

5. Manage process rollout and conduct process trainings

6. Act as QA for project teams

7. Continuously improve defined processes using change management tools

 
Desired Profile    

Considerable experience in leading organizations to CMM-I level 3 or 5

Experience in automotive domain (Atleast 6 months experience required)

Experience in embedded system development and validation

Expertise in CMM-I/SPICE/ISO 9001:2008

Experience on process definition and process modeling

Has conducted internal trainings on CMM-I/Role based training

Top notch communication skills

Has minimum 2 years of experience in managing a team
