• The incumbent should be MCA/BE (Computer Science) with 2-4 years in S/W development from NIT/Top level state engineering colleges.
• Knowledge of current technological trends in the S/W development industry, such as OOP's, Multi-Tier S/W development, Component Architecture, Client-Server Application Architecture.
• Knowledge of system integration issues.
• Ability to gather and analyze data and draw logical conclusions
• Should have minimum 2-3 experience in the following: (As mentioned in previous section)

1. ANDROID SDK
2. ECLIPSE
3. JAVA SMS API/ Wireless Messaging API
4. JAVA MOBILE API (MMAPI)
** Should have some functional knowledge of "Installer of Mobile Application".
** Knowledge of any other mobile device related API is an add-on.
The incumbent would be responsible for ensuring that the Newgen quality processes are in place and are followed.
