Job Description
Position level: Mngr 1
Responsibility:
Benchmarking of contemporary Hydraulic Circuits in Transmissions including electrical/ electronic sensing & activating
elements. .
Conceptualisation of circuitary and configure the Electro- Hydraulic system.
3D modeling of the components such as casings with routing and other parts, Design verification of Hydraulic elements,
Electrical actuators, seals for life & cost
Detailed design, 2D Drgs / BOM release, Vendor Development Coordination.
Development of Hydraulic system Test protocol, Design of Test rigs & Execution and testing the Hydraulic sub system.
Maintain APQP documentation for NPDs.
Desired Profile
Job Specific Skills:
Design of Low pressure pump/ Valves using 3D modelinga nd Analytical Methods for Transmissions.
Development of Hydraulic Circuit for Transmission.
Designing the Housing for Hydraulic Ckt routing.
Design Calculations using Math Cad/ Matlab/...
Experienced in 3D packages like Catia/ UG/ Pro-E Packages in the environment of PDM/PLM.
Familiar to select the Electrical / Electronic actuators and signalling elements.
Familiarity in CFD Analysis Packages like Fluent, Nastran, Abacus,etc...
Experienced with GD&T.
Field/ Area Of Experience:
Transmission low pressure Hydraulic Circuits, Pump & Elements
Electrical and Electronic actuation / Sensing & Signalling elements.
Experience 6 - 10 Years
