Openings for Mainframe Developer At ADP

Software Development

- Mainframe Technologies

Working closely with ADP business divisions around the world, we use a global services delivery model that combines on-site and remote expertise to accelerate the development of mission critical solutions.
Solution Center Services:
We focus on ownership, administration and management of business processes based on measurable performance metrics, effectively leveraging our in-depth business domain understanding and strong computing infrastructure. Our services cover diverse domains such as payroll processing, benefits administration, tax & financial services and pre-employment services.
ADP India has also received the ISO 27001 certification.
The service delivery can be broadly classified as:
- Non-voice Processes : Transaction Processing, Analytics, Data Conversion, Implementation Support etc.
- Voice Processes: Participant customer calls and client technical support, Tier 1 & 2 services

Mainframe Developer Professional
Desired Profile
1-3 years of software development experience in Mainframe environment
Expertise in development and maintenance of Mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS and DB2.
Mainframe DB2 is a must
Core Competencies:
Strong in high level analysis
Very strong Cobol, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM skills
Excellent academic background, preferably in Engineering or Mathematics. Post graduate degree, especially in Computer
Science related fields will be an added advantage.
Should be on permanent rolls with good organization (we will not entertain candidates on Contract)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must demonstrate a flexible approach towards work, and ability to move across roles
Experience on SEI-CMM processes preferred; process adherence; having the ability to enhance, optimize and continuously
improve existing processes
Candidate's are required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization
