Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
High level of analytical skills in an enterprise level system landscape
General understanding of SAP message architecture and monitoring transactions in one or more areas of EDI/IDOCS, XI
interfaces, Batch jobs and Infrastructure messages
Provide in depth analysis of the issue and recommend possible options to resolve/reprocess the error
Advanced ability to review, analyze and qualify errors as data, technical or business process error
Moderate knowledge SAP interfaces in terms of business documents exchanged between other SAP and non-SAP systems and the
underlying technical mechanism
Should be able to work in Shift (24x7) independently, odd hour's and Holidays (in case of requirement)
Desired Profile
2+ Years of experience in SAP. Working experience in XI, SAP EDI/ IDOC.
Experience 2 - 5 Years
