Job Description
Experience with bug tracking tools, example: Mercury Test Director
Extensive experience in SQL and XML
Good logical troubleshooting/debugging skills
Strong analytical and communication skills and confident project management skills
Experience in using automation tools, example Quick Test Pro
Ability to work with cross functional teams on global basis
Desired Profile
Domain - Open / Only from good product companies. qualification (good colleges), no job hoppers
Candidates should be from Top institute (IIT NIT/REC, BITS Pilani , DIT ,DCE, PTSIT, IT –BHU)
Candidate should have min 70% marks and Only BE/ BTech , ME / MTech
Major Responsibilities:
Defines basic QA processes to optimize the test effort; Reviews the onshore/remote/offshore implemented test cases and
recommends improvements; Provides detail QA status to the Manager. The status covers the test coverage and bug metrics.
Leads an offshore QA team for a project/product release. Capable of training the offshore QA members and provides a
framework to work on the project.
Helps the QA team members to write effective manual test cases that will be used to execute functional test cases for a
software application.
