Openings for Risk Analyst Professionals At ADP

Software Development
We work with onsite business unit teams to build and support various products of ADP. Our work spans the entire software value-chain, from strategic Business Process Re-engineering and Enterprise Application Integration to Operational Product support and Maintenance.
The products use and deploy technologies that include:
- Web technologies
- Client Server Technologies
- Mainframe Technologies
- Communication Technologies

Working closely with ADP business divisions around the world, we use a global services delivery model that combines on-site and remote expertise to accelerate the development of mission critical solutions.
Solution Center Services:
We focus on ownership, administration and management of business processes based on measurable performance metrics, effectively leveraging our in-depth business domain understanding and strong computing infrastructure. Our services cover diverse domains such as payroll processing, benefits administration, tax & financial services and pre-employment services.
ADP India has also received the ISO 27001 certification.
The service delivery can be broadly classified as:
- Non-voice Processes : Transaction Processing, Analytics, Data Conversion, Implementation Support etc.
- Voice Processes: Participant customer calls and client technical support, Tier 1 & 2 services

Job Description
Reactive:
Provide a point of contact for Operations Risk Analysis team in India and Asia Pacific.
Traveling across cross sites for M&A risk analysis and risk mitigation.
Navigate critical information to ADP Business regarding emerging threats and perform core risk assessments.
The Risk Analyst will directly engage teams around the globe both in person and via ADP communication medium to provide risk
mitigation strategies.
Help Risk Program Managers establish and maintain an up-to-date Risk Register and a well documented Global Risk Framework
Perform aggregation reporting and analysis of security events to ensure regulatory compliance
Proactive:Security Product understanding and deployment analysis
Analyze and interpret security scan results and be able to effectively express the risk to the company in order to effect
change
Conduct training ,research and development
Staying abreast of ADP technologies, as well as industry standards and regulations
Desired Profile
Working knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating systems, and various network hardware including switches, routers, load
balancers, reverse proxy, VPN concentrators, as well as, encryption and two-factor authentication systems.
Ability to assess risk for a variety of Information Technology assets regardless of platform.
Ability to conduct site assessments as needed.
At least one Industry certification in Information Security and Risk Management such as CISSP, CISA, GIAC, SSCP, etc.
Apply excellent oral and written communication skills coupled with expert understanding of detailed industry topics.
Leverages expert level knowledge of regulatory / compliance standards to analyze data,
Identify security requirements and trends, and communicate to the appropriate audience
Candidate's are required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization
