Job Description
As a SAP ABAP developer at SAP Labs , you will play a vital role in designs, development and support of application solutions with a focus on SAP - Advanced Business Application Programming. You may be required to develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms. Proficiency in ABAP Technologies - ABAP Workbench, ABAP Data Dictionary, Report Programming, Data Migration, Screen Programming, Smartforms, Authorizations, ALE/IDOC, Workflow, Performance Tuning, Knowledge on ABAP topics: Webdynpro ABAP, OO,ABAP, Database Updates, Enhancements &Modifications preferred Functional expertise of business processes, master data, transactions & configuration knowledge in any of the following areas:
• SCM – APO, EWM
• SD, MM, FI, CO, PP, PM, PS, WM
• HCM
• CRM
• PLM
Key Skills
• Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of complex components of a project module
• Works on problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles and application of own judgment
• Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad supervision/ guidance
• Requires solid knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language
• Expected to further build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise
• May guide new members in the team
