Job Description
1)To manage and maintain all the HR applications and processes designed
2)To plan and execute projects in the area of P&A, Payroll, P&D, OM, Time Management to meet the Organisation needs
3)To provide timely support and training to the users of TBS,SHR & P&A
4)To implement best practices in business processes,
5)To enforce data standardization (to reduce software maintenance costs),
6)To integrate well with new technologies or systems of acquired companies,
7)To provide right information at the right time to take crucial decisions related to HR
8)Indentifying and driving the major objectives, project and problems related to HR
9)Managing operations and maintenance in all the area coming under the domain of SAP HR Functional like PA,PD,Payroll, OM & Time Mgmt.
10)Ensuring that all documentation are properly developed & updated.
11)A comprehensive traning for the end-users.
Desired Profile
1)Min. 3+ yrs experience of SAP/R3 functional support and exposure to key IT Technologies and business practices
2)Experience in Indian Payroll & Time Mgmt.
