    * Should have expertise in Core Java/Struts/Hibernate
    * Excellent communication skills
    * Should be possess hands-on experience in Java, framework and tools
    * Very Strong Oracle/MySQL Database Skills are essential
    * Should have min of 1 year to 3 years of exp into Java Development
    * Knowledge on JSF, Hibernate, reporting tools like jasper, i report, pentaho, crystal report is a plus
