Job Description
ION Trading is building a new team of talented developers who will drive key simulation and test automation initiatives
within the product organisation.
Focus of this team will be:
To design and develop simulation and testing automation technologies and applications, in collaboration with development
managers, product owners and business analysts
To participate in development projects driven by agile methodologies
To implement TDD (Test Driven Development) methodologies in collaboration with product development teams.
Desired Profile
We are looking for developers, with the following requirements:
Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Test Driven Development
Ability to work independently and in a team, under high pressure, in a rapidly evolving environment, with different
languages and technologies
Strong C++ OR Java
Strong DBMS
Strong mathematical skills
Be result-driven
Ability to communicate effectively at both business and technical level
Open to travel as job may include travelling, including 3-6 months training in Europe or USA during the first 2 years.
Good to have:
Keen interest in Finance.
Scripting experience (javascript, tcl, perl)
Experience of working with remote teams in Europe and USA
Experience 3 - 6 Years
