Software Development
• Lead and manage software development in one or more modules of a project
• Understand customer requirements and technical specifications of assigned projects
• Evaluate alternative design options and coming up with optimised database and system designs
• Write code in adherence to coding standards and optimising the same
• Ensure quality of implementation and scheduled deliverables
• Write test plans, executing unit testing and participating in the integration of the entire system
• Carry out the required technical and user documentation
• Maintain quality records and generate reports for senior levels
• Initiate process improvement and ensure compliance to quality standards
• Effectively contribute in code walk-throughs and review sessions
• Provide guidance on technical issues to fellow team members.
