Strong knowledge and Hands on coding experience in Core Java and Advanced Java (JSP, Servlets, JDBC), Adobe Flex
Strong development experience with Struts/Spring frameworks, Web Services, Java script & Ajax Concepts
Development experience in any ORM tools (Hibernate, Toplink, etc...)
Good experience working with JBoss/Tomcat Servers
Knowledge on Oracle or other RDBMS.
