• Should have adequate experience in execution of state of the art, institutional /commercial buildings/residential projects.
• Responsible for coordinating all structural, architectural and services work and project delivery within time lines.
• Ability to work within tight schedule and coordinate effectively with all internal & external agencies.
• Should have handled an Industrial / commercial project independently.
Job Description
Co-ordinating with Main Contractors, monitoring their performance in view of project schedule & settling all techno commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project.
• Evaluating Design: coordinating with Consultants and Sub Contractors for changes in construction/execution of the project.
• Planning, monitoring and reviewing cash flow analysis of projects and overall organizational cash flows from operations, in association with finance and accounts.
• Preparing master schedules for the project including resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, Cash Flow projections and budgets.
• Implementing QA / QC procedures, Total Quality Management principles and checks. Conducting Audits to ensure adherence to Quality and Safety norms across the entire course of project execution.
• To prepare and check bills of quantities in respect of building and developmental works.
• Providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities
• To take report from Service Engineer, Quality Engineer and Store Incharge / Executive for development at works.
• Preparing measurement and cost estimates/detailed breakdowns for changed / additional works, monthly progress measurement of all areas of the work.
• Coordination with Architects, Consultants and Contractors for ensuring smooth completion of work within set quality standards and cost limits.
• Maintain contacts with the external bodies such as various Govt. officials, local panchyat and other such bodies.
• To report all daily activities relating to developmental work.
• To ensure that the laid down process in terms of safety and security are adhered strictly to by contractors to their own employees, ensure welfare and facilitation to the staff and also ensuring that the contractors and also ensuring that the contractors follows the laid down policies and procedures including the various statutory compliances.
