Job Description
* Responsible for responding to given assignments and Design Specs, Class Diagram,Strategic Approach towards timely completion of given assignments, with team effort
* Analysing requirement and designing technical level structs (classes, methods, patterns etc) , and finalizing architectural aspects after open discussions among team.
* Understand the enterprise framework and use methodologies to engage and understand low level operational and ground level technical framework.
* Understanding the life cycle of a project and solution.
* Develop and program code as per the defined solution strategy and development plan.
* Should be able to identify best framework and design pattern as per project requirement
* Developing and building modules/code as per given specs.
Desired Profile
* Core Java : candidate should be expert in CORE JAVA , multithreading , java language basics and best coding practices and conventions
* Person should have experience in Telecom projects, Finance project or Banking projects
* Industrial experience in Spring,Struts,JSF,RoR is required
* DB : should be proficient in SQL99, should be expert in at least one Database Suite (MySQL, Oracle, Sybase, Informix etc)
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Behavioural & Managerial Competencies, High self driven and confidence
* Fair knowledge in Telecom Domain preferable.
