Job Description
Under direct supervision :
Provides technical support to customers
Answering entry level to more moderately complex questions on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or
Internet.
Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer. Acquires thorough knowledge of company's products used by
customers.
Responsible for managing customer expectations and project deliverables, and providing cross-functional escalation and
communication.
Desired Profile
At least 1 year experience working in a technical support role -providing in-depth technical trouble-shooting and
diagnostics.
Some development exposure in Unix servers and networking would be an added advantage.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good working knowledge in both Unix/Linux and
Windows.
Good organizational skills
Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-
paced environment.
Candidate should be flexible to work in shifts.
