Job Description
Experience working with highly trafficked, transactional, scalable web applications
Extensive Experience with E-Commerce Application Integration, Apache CXF, Java, J2EE, XML, Hibernate, Oracle, Tomcat,
Eclipse, XSLT, REST, and ESB .
Experience with developing integration layer components for e-commerce applications to integrate with content management
systems, promotion engine, fulfillment engine, and back-end enterprise core business systems .
Experience with Tibco based messaging, business services and proficiency with EAI and enterprise messaging design patterns
and practices, and involved in large scale integration services development.
Must have in-depth knowledge of Commerce architecture, best practices and features provided by it
Preferably Experience with JCR (JSR-170/JSR-283) standard, Developing integration components for Content Management System .
Proven ability to deliver results in developing enterprise E-Commerce projects, and ability to deliver complex, high-quality
modules on-time. Track record in working on multiple projects in short timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relational database skills, preferably with Oracle and PL/SQL
Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to isolate complex issues and communicate them effectively
Experience with design patters, and enterprise application frameworks
Experience with web servers and application servers, preferably on Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Experience with unit testing of software modules prior to QA delivery to ensure high quality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has extensive experience working with Scrum teams.
Good experience in SOA, EAI or deployment of Commerce and Enterprise Application Integration.
Desired Profile
Conceptualizing, designing, creating custom solutions or implement package solutions and integration with enterprise
applications.
Demonstrate leadership while working in cross-functional geographically distributed teams. Ability to adjust and respond to
scheduling and/or technical changes, with the ability to analyze and communicate any increased risks and/or testing
considerations resulting from such changes
Experience and ability to quickly build rapport, and to communicate technically and efficiently with team members and
project owners in different geographies.
Design, develop and implement new innovative features on E-Commerce website.
Work as a member of the technical team to translate business requirements into software design
Create and maintain effective modular software designs following the design and coding standards
Develop software modules using programming languages and relational databases
Unit test the software modules to ensure high-quality delivery of code to QA
Work with a highly dedicated team in a fast-paced productive environment.
Work with Quality Assurance to track down and fix bugs
Work with Release Engineers to help them understand the deployment of applications
Expert-level familiarity with modern operating systems and browser technologies (and their known compatibility limitations).
