Job Description
Designation: Sr Resource Enterprise Application
Location: Noida
Relevant Exp 710 years
Job type: Permanent
Knowledge & Skills:
Expertise and Experience in JBoss, Websphere J2EE application Server is a must.
Minimum 810 years overall technical experience in positions of increasing responsibility
Demonstrated soft skills required such presentation of ideas and clearly articulate the concepts to senior management
Demonstrated J2EE Architecture Skills and Experience required.
Expertise in Securing J2EE systems.
Good knowledge and demonstrated troubleshooting abilities on connectivity through Firewall, Load Balancer, Proxy.
Good Knowledge on DB – SQL query construction, Optimization and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of Oracle database architectures and processes including Oracle RAC.
Strong experience on Enterprise Grid clustering, Load Balancer, Failover, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Business
continuance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of authentication methodologies: Active Directory, and/or LDAP
Experience with SOX compliance and methodologies.
Scripting (Unix Shell, Perl, Batch) and process/procedure automation experience necessary.
Desired Profile
Responsibilities:
This is a hands on technical position and will require the individual to handle multiple projects in a fast paced software
and technical lifecycle
Interact with software, network, database, and Unix administrators to seamlessly implement solutions to complex technical
issues
Must be able to translate business needs and requirements into technical specifications
Demonstrate expert level proficiency with Operating System Platforms such as Windows and Unix/Linux
Display and execute logical and complex troubleshooting methods
Collaborate with hardware, OS, DBA, SAP technical teams to ensure proper integration of the environment
Collaborate with development teams, customers, and managers to properly operate and move along changes to Enterprise systems
from development to production
Collaborate effectively with Release management, Project Management, Change Management and other service management teams.
Experience with managing projects involving application evaluation, implementation and upgrades
Tier 3 support of complex application design and technical issues. Must be able to support 24x7.
Enable Tier 2 team to provide quality support.
Demonstrate database (including Oracle RAC) connectivity troubleshooting techniques
Provide input to optimize the performance of systems; monitor and provide performance tuning to system components as
required to ensure optimum system functions
Work with application development teams and vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications
Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and
future environments
Should be willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changes rapidly.
Define and implement monitoring requirements to identify issues before they are reported by endusers
Adhere with SDLC and ITIL processes within IT. Responsibilities include develop and maintain service management, Adobe
Configuration items, documentation. Follow change management process, SOX compliances and etc.
