Currently we have an opening for RF Planning SME (GSM)
Skills: RF Planning, Optimi – Frequency Planning, ATTOL / ASSET -Planning Tool
Experience: 4 Yrs to 7 Yrs
Education: BE/ B Tech / ME/ M Tech
Job Nature: Permanent
Location: Mumbai
Position: 1
The RF Planning SME is overall responsible for
Responsible for end-to-end Network Performance Measurement and Improvement Strategy, innovating and evolving processes and
tools for network performance enhancement. This team will also be the single point interface for planning and engineering of
radio network of the Operator.
Technology: GSM Technology background is a must for this position
The RF Planning SME is overall responsible for
Providing technical support to Circle Planning/Performance teams
Support Circle teams on RF planning tools and related activities.
Support Circle team for Frequency planning and Capacity Management.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Weekly/Monthly Capacity Presentations to customer
Congestion analysis and action plan preparation.
Coordination with circles for progress made on Capacity activities and reporting same to customer.
Traffic engineering and growth forecasting (Capacity management)
New features testing with coordination from Vendor and Customer.
Support circle on Swap activities and take up critical issues with Customer.
EMF activity support to circles.
