Job Description
Analyze, design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Develop
specifications, design work, write code, implement solution templates, perform testing and debugging.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external
specifications and use cases. You may work with customers, partners and/or internal application or business unit teams to
help develop and refine use cases. You will specify, design and implement changes to existing software architecture; Build
highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs; Build and execute unit tests and unit plans; Review integration and
regression test plans created by QA; Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss changes to product
functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.

4+ years Object Oriented design and development.
4+ years RDBMS experience.
Good aesthetic sense.
Strong initiative and motivation.
Communication and team work skills.
Excellent design skills.
Track record of building successful and innovative products.
Quality-focused coding techniques.
Willingness to do limited travel and customer visits.
Desirable:
Experience with OSGi, Spring, XML, JSF.
Experience with Oracle Tech Stack (e.g. WebLogic Server, Web Center, ADF, SOA, BAM, CEP and/or BPM tools).
Experience with vertical applications, customers, partners, and data design is a plus.
Experience with distributed computing technologies (i.e. Hadoop) is a plus.
