Designation SENIOR TECHNICAL WRITER
Job Description
To research, design, write, illustrate and edit user-type documentation that allows end-users to operate Pace products
safely and easily.
To research, design, write, illustrate and edit interactive service manuals that allow Pace products to be serviced quickly
and effectively at service centres worldwide.
To research, design and create labels and label positioning instructions for Pace products and packaging.
To liaise with customers and suppliers (internal and external) appropriately to ensure that user-type manuals contain
accurate and all relevant material.
To liaise with internal suppliers (including partner companies) appropriately to ensure that service manuals contain
accurate material.
Desired Profile
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Qualified to degree level in a technical subject (pref. electronics engineering)
5 years' experience in writing user and service manuals for high-tech. electronics products (pref. consumer electronics
products).
Desktop publishing skills (pref. Adobe In Design CS2).
Familiarity with Apple Macintosh/PC systems
Excellent command of the English language, including comprehension, vocabulary, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Excellent communications skills (spoken and written).
Strong proofreading abilities.
Familiarity with printing and finishing techniques and technologies
Education : B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech/MS
Experience 4 - 6 Years
