• 4 to 6 years of experience as a developer on Windows platform with exp in C++, OOPS, Win 32, COM
• Exp in MS SQL Server, C#.NET, ASP.NET
• Develop the code as per technical specifications. Develop Functional Specifications and Low Level Design artifacts.
• Translate algorithms and technical specifications into code that can be executed on a computer system.
• Achieve proficiency in the technology and tools used and the development environment including compiler and debugger.
• Be proficient with the language syntax for writing programs.
• Understand what is being done and help identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement at every turn.
• Develop a passion for quality software development.
• Demonstrate the knowledge of object oriented methodologies.
• Develop problem solving ability, be creative and have excellent verbal communication.
• Follow the processes defined.
