 Total 3 - 5 Yrs of experience in Java/J2EE, BPM

 1 - 3 Yrs hands on experience in IBM Process Server.

 Must have at least 3 to 4 IBM Process Server implementation experience

 Must have at least one year experience in architecting at least one solution using IBM Process Server.

 Should have good exposure to IBM Process Server configuration

 Should have good communication skills

 Onsite experience and experience in managing customer will be an added advantage.
