Designation Program Manager
Job Description
Responsibility:
Manage the Delivery across business lines for achieving strategic Global Delivery Program.
Key Tasks to be performed by the Role
Accountable for successful deliveries of all projects as per portfolio delivery and testing blueprints.
Closely track the progress of portfolio delivery engagements to ensure healthy cash flow, margins
Define Knowledge Management processes and drive re-use to achieve efficiency and Cost improvements in all the projects
Manage relationship with CSI Practices, Product Lines.
Support the Regional Delivery team in regards to all project realization related issues, i.e. scope of work, terms &
conditions, project setup, implementation schedule, etc.
Steer and coordinate all project realization related activities to ensure time schedules are being achieved and all quality
standards are being implemented according to the contract.
Implement a continuous progress and performance monitoring process (i.e. milestone trend analysis, concurrent calculation,
etc.)
Enable reliable service accounting by ensuring correct connection between true Portfolio project progress and service costs
Manage the complete Portfolio Deliveries and be the interface towards the CSI Practices/Product Lines, controlling
Customer's expectations
Set-up and maintain clear and effective internal and external communication and project reporting
Have real time visibility what has been promised, what is needed and what can be delivered.
Support the development of new business opportunities by continuous management of network extensions and variations
Initiate a final project review to ensure best practice sharing.
Desired Profile
Key Competence and Capability Required:
Strong experience and knowledge of SDLC, delivery management, Agile delivery framework
Strong experience of technical solution delivery management using J2EE / Microsoft / Oracle / COTS platform
Knowledge of Telecom OSS and ITIL, e-TOM framework, Relevant Certification preferred.
Knowledge of OSS E2E design, process design, OSS change management, Release management
Relationship Management, Networking and Excellent people management skills, incl. virtual operations and distributed sites
Hands on Strong knowledge and experience of IT and Telecom Services Deliveries
Should be enterprising and a natural team player with ability to rally multiple different teams together to achieve common
objective
Understanding of Project Planning & Engineering and related Processes

Possess sound technical knowledge and should have a hands on technical experience
Ability to validate cost, effort, schedule estimates for technical solution delivery
Ability to analyze technical delivery dependencies, manage sprint based delivery test deployment phases
Ability to assist & efficiently engage SMEs to diagnose issues impacting delivery; able to form consensus for timely
delivery
Skilled in communication and reporting into internal, external stake holders
Ability to ensure software quality measures and delivery best practices
Ability to engage effectively with the customer, understand the 'real' needs of the customer, align delivery efforts to
realize those needs and drive customer satisfaction and delight.
