Designation Infra Service Delivery Service Engineer
Job Description
Service Delivery for business applications to ensure that the service and associated service levels related to a defined
Infrastructure functional domain operate in alignment with Operational Level Objectives as agreed with Customers
Service Delivery Engineer/Technician coordinates as a single interface between supplier (internal service provider – System,
Database, Storage, etc.) and customer for problems, Changes and Key Escalations
Coordinates the resolution of problems as Problem coordinator
Approves Infrastructure Changes as part of the infrastructure Change Advisory Board, on request from the Change supervisor
Manage Change work packages like a project for its end-to-end execution from IOg point of view
Provides for the analysis of data related to incidents/change and problems to further improve the service.
Consolidates issues and complaints from CPSG/IOg and follows through till resolution
Acts as a delegate for the Key activities of Service Delivery Management
Desired Profile
Mandatory
Working knowledge of IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management)
Basic knowledge of UNIX, LINUX, WINDOWS, Oracle
