Job Description
This position shall be based in Pune. The primary focus shall be on Technical Support and Services. He will have an
opportunity to work directly with some of the Engineering Centers of reputed Global Organizations based in India as well as
the growing Indian Market. He will be working in multiple areas and have an opportunity to interact directly with customers
to understand the usage of Simulation in their Product Development Process. He will be also responsible for carrying out
strategic consulting services for growing ANSYS business. He will act as the Technology Specialist for the Automotive
Industry.
Contribute in advanced technical guidance to the clients in Automotive Applications
Handle benchmark problems or Proof of Concepts to assist in technology demonstration
Develop best practices for complex and new application areas relevant to the industry
Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with assigned key customers
Guide in-house efforts in managing and expanding key customer accounts
Contribute in Strategic Consulting Services to promote new software license sales and expansion
Work collaboratively with software customers to ensure their successful use of ANSYS Fluids product, sustain a renewals
revenue stream and cultivate opportunities to expand software licenses
Assist clients using ANSYS Fluids products in all phases of analysis from correct posing of the initial problem, solution
and interpretation of results
Keep abreast of the latest technological developments in ANSYS Fluids Products
Participate in Application Feature Testing for new ANSYS product releases
Development and delivery of Customized/Advanced training material as per the client request
Training of new clients/prospects at their site or at ANSYS offices
Assist sales with technical input/presentation and sales campaigns
Handle benchmark problems or Proof of Concepts to assist in technology demonstration
Contribute in strategic market development activities/initiatives in Automotive Industry
Provide technical assistance to marketing activities by developing examples for new applications, technical presentations
and demos at seminars, workshops
