Job Description
To establish and maintain the farm unit of size upto 100 acres
To cultivate and maximise the yields of medicinal & aromatic
plants like Amla,Patchauli etc,Horticulture crops like Banana,
Papaya,Pomegranate etc,Plan, develop and direct
intercultural
and other agriculture operationsPloughing,sowing,
Fertigation,Drip irrigation,weeding,harvesting etc.
supervise Farm Manager and Hiring ,
training and management of farm labour.
Proper utilize and maintain theFarm Machinery,
tools and Implements such as Tractors, power Tillers,
MB Plough,Cultivator, DG Sets,Submersible Pumps
etc
Implement the latest agriculturalpractices in order
to increasethe production and quality.
to prepare Budgets and monitor & control
actual costs versus Budgets relating to Farm Units supervised Coordinate with Lower Govt officials of Revenue,Forest,Elect Board,Labour
Deptts etc and also Suppliers and Consultants
Desired Profile
Experience in establishing and maintaining the farm cultivationand maximise
