1. BE (Civil) with Masters in Traffic / Transport Engineering.
2. Proficiency in Ms office, Auto CAD, Auto Turn4, TRANSYT,
LINSIG, Paramics, SIDRA and other software's for the
study.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of road traffic,
intersections, construction practices / techniques, bye-
laws.
4. The candidate need to have worked worked in site surveys as well (Road projects/ Transportation projects)
The candidates thoses who have also worked with consulting companies, directly involved in Transportation/ Road Projects for their clients can also apply for the position.
Job Description
Job Profile:-
•Visiting the site location,Identification of survey locations, formulation of methodology and conducting various types of Traffic surveys like, Traffic Volume count, Turning Movement Survey and Origin Destination survey.
•Data analysis and interpretation of the data collected from various types of traffic surveys, like Traffic Volume count survey, Turning Movement Survey and Origin Destination survey.
•Estimation of ADT, seasonal correction factor and AADT.
•Coordinating with the Finance Team, to forecast the Revenue genration from the Project.
•Traffic forecasting and Preparation of traffic assessment report
•Presenting the data collected along with the analysis to the key project leaders.
The candidate needs to be either from Infrastructure Company/ Infrastructure Consulting Company dealing in transportation/Road projects
