Desired Profile Candidates should possess good communication and inter personnel skills.Should have: Handling and facilitating CMMI level 5 processes, implementation in projects and aligning with Org. Requirements for continuous process improvement. Conducting CMMI, ISO Audits in projects and other groups. Experience in handling above areas in CMMI level 5 companies for at least 2 yrs Hands on implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) Well versed with Metrics, defects analysis and implementing QPM Should have conducted training in QMS, project team trainings, Auditor training etcSkills Audits, Metrics, QMS, QPM, CMMI, ISO Min/ Max
Education: BE/B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA or equivalent.
