Job Description
-This position is responsible for managing the performance of a cluster.
-The key deliverables includes Uptime, Energy management (diesel, EB cost), Fault reduction & management, site management from technical perspective.
-The person would be required to drive cost control & operational efficiency initiatives across the zones.
Desired Profile
Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation
B.E./ B. Tech - Electrical/ Electronics.
Experience:
BE: 2-3 years, Diploma 5-6 years
-In case of Ex Service men, preferably from Signals/ EME – JCO/ NCO. Telecom experience is an added advantage.
-Strong yet pleasant personality.
-Effective communication skills.
-Strong stakeholder management skills. Must be assertive.
-Energetic and Mature to understand the dynamics of a 24X7 environment and aim for high standard of performance in the same.
-Must have a valid driving license. Must be mobile.
-Technically Sound
