Should have Good Communication Skills.
0 to 2 years of exp into IT recruitments (B Sc IT / M Sc IT / BCA / MCA / BE Fresher's can apply)
Co-ordination skills required.
Ability to understand the Clients/prospects' organizational Hierarchy, understanding of organogram.
Ability to identify the targeted companies of Clients & prospects.
Should be able to analyze the IT Tech, functional & Business requirements, Industry trends.
Identifying profiles from Web Sources, Job portals, Internal databases, Networking websites.
Should be able to identify the desired candidates by mapping the targeted companies.
Desired Profile
Handling Middle & Senior Level Requirements
Entire process from sourcing, searching, screening & recruiting candidates for various IT position.
Using effective sourcing strategies Like: LinkedIn, Job portals, Networking, Referrals and Cold calls.
Client Relationship Management & Managing multiple clients independently.
