Desired Candidate Profile
The requirements are:
* 2-5 years of software development experience
* Must have an engineering degree or MCA
* Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, RDBMS concepts
* Sound Computer Science fundamentals is essential
* Strong Knowledge of Core Java is a must
* Experience in writing J2EE applications with hands on experience on Java, JSP, Servlets, XML, RDBMS concepts
* Web development experience using JSP, Struts, Javascript, Ajax
* Experience with at least one of the J2EE Application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss is a must
* Experience working in a very process oriented organization
* Experience in Microsoft technologies is desirable but not mandatory
* Exposure ECM/BPM applications like FileNet and Documentum is highly desirable
* Familiar with Enterprise Content Management understanding and any hands-on experience is a plus
* Have work experience with ECM products like EMC Documentum, IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Manager, Unisys InfoImage, Global 360 etc. would be a plus
* Have work experience with SQL, Oracle, DB2 databases is a plus
* Excellent analysis and design skills
* Must be a fast learner
* Should be able to present and communicate effectively with clients, team members and management
* Excellent interpersonal skills
