* Expertise in Java/J2EE technologies. Sound knowledge of Core Java
* Good working knowledge of Spring, Struts/JSF, Hibernate
* Good knowledge of SQL and stored procedures/functions in any RDBMS preferably Oracle.
* Experience in any one application Server (Weblogic/JBoss)
* Experience in Portal Server (Weblogic portal/JBoss Portal) and portlet development is desirable.
* Experience in Webservices and Message Oriented Middleware is desirable
* Experience in real-time systems is desirable.
* Experience in Jasper BI server is desirable.
* Experience in Flex/Flash is desirable

He/She should have expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, sound knowledge of Core Java, good working knowledge of Spring, Struts/JSF and Hibernate. Good knowledge of SQL and stored procedures/functions in any RDBMS preferably Oracle.
Candidate should have experience in any one application server (Weblogic/JBoss). Should have experience in Portal Server (Weblogic portal/JBoss Portal) and Portlet development is desirable. Experience in Web services and Message Oriented Middle-ware is desirable. Experience in real-time systems / Jasper BI server is desirable. Experience in Flex / Flash is desirable.
