Job Description
Responsible for providing technical support to customers on DS solutions - CATIA / ENOVIA/ 3DVIA/DELMIA
Area of Responsibility:
Provide timely, technically accurate solutions/ support for the above mentioned products
Continuously Build technical expertise
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and personnel.
Desired Profile
Qualification: 4yr Diploma (TRTC) / BE/ ME/ MTech. Or equivalent.
Experience: 0-2 years relevant experience in using above stated products
Software skills: - CATIA/UG/Pro/E, DELMIA/PLM-ENOVIA/TC/Windchill, Windows/UNIX/LINUX Administration
Must have a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
Basic Training on above stated products
Onsite support on above mentioned CAD/PLM products
Must be able to communicate effectively with Partners, customers, peers, and management
Experience 0 - 2 Years
