Desired Candidate Profile
* 6+Years of Software Development Experience, Good experience with JAVA J2EE / Web Technologies.
* Good experience in coordinating on-site and offshore teams. In some scenarios, collaborates with client developers to design, build, test and deploy the module components and integrate with the rest of the modules.
* Effective communication skills (verbal/written/presentation).
* Willingness to work in a customer facing environment (high pressure on timely delivery).
* Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent exposure to Core Java, Struts, Spring and Hibernate.
* 3 years of strong J2EE experience specifically in developing EJBs.
* Should have experience in developing work flow using any standard BPM tools, JBPM preferred.
* Experience in developing applications for hosting in Amazon's Elastic Beanstalk (Optional).
* Experience in multiple technologies. Web service and JMS is an advantage (optional).
* Will lead a migration engagement of multiple systems which will require version upgrades, platform migration etc.
* Should be able to propose solutions, fix issues. Excellent trouble shooting knowledge.
* Should have worked on system migrations earlier (optional).

* Performing object oriented design and analysis on software components and systems.
* Developing functional specifications for new development.
* Defining high-level and low-level system architectures.
* Researching and recommending technologies to be used in product development.
* Developing high-level and low-level designs.
* Organise Testing and debugging code.
* Developing deployment scenarios for software and hardware components.
* Deploying and testing products in a highly available configuration.
* Communicating with management, team leads and team personnel on project status and risks.
* Leading and mentoring a team of developers to design and implement products and features.
* Project planning (task identification, estimation, dependences, risk analysis).
* Works with/helps other team members to resolve technical issues that require deep technical expertise in core technology platforms or packages.
* Need to work on-site in USA around 30 to 40% of time.
