Designation Senior Associate, Platform - Art Technology Group (ATG)
Job Description
A Senior Associate Technology Level 1 –contributes to Sapient engagements of Sr.Developer/ Sr Designer and managing delivery
of a module/modules thru fusion, Enterprise Architecture release(EAR), development and maintenance phases of a project
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, plan and implement IT solutions for a ATG Environment
Lead mid-level planning exercises with developers/engineers
Anticipate issues and risks at the module level and escalate appropriately
Project Manage scope, time and quality throughout the project life-cycle
Facilitate and drive workshops and client meetings in order to help to translate business requirements into system design
Desired Profile
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Strong, hands-on experience with ATG & Java J2ee development:
Experience in ATG – Dynamo, Ecommerce, Personalization
Proficient in UML, OOAD
Database programming skills in Oracle a plus
End-to-end experience in software development lifecycle and familiar with agile methodologies
Experience in a consultancy or similar client-facing environment
Project leadership skills for managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision
Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation
techniques
Openness to frequent overnight travel and work at client offices
Personal Attributes:
Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal)
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution
Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize when under pressure.

Full Time Bachelor's / Master's degree (Science or Engineering preferred)
