Looking for Senior Consultant Development (ABAP)- Support Hub SAP Custom Development Bangalore
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Provide a high quality of support to SAP Customers
by gaining deep product/project expertise on the assigned projects.
Resolve customer messages at the Development Support level.
Ensure high quality of corrections and support packages.
Carry out continuous improvement projects
Carry out upgrade projects for customers, adapt the solution to the newer base software releases
Be a part of growing team with additional responsibilities of leading solutions and coaching team members
Desired Profile
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA with an aggregate score of 65% or above from any Premium Institute 3-5 years of ABAP development
experience
Proficiency in ABAP Technologies - ABAP Workbench, ABAP Data Dictionary, Report Programming, Data Migration, Screen
Programming, Smartforms, Authorizations, ALE/IDOC, Workflow, Performance Tuning, Webdynpro ABAP, OO ABAP, Database Updates,
Enhancements & Modifications, Strong debugging skills
Display strong technical and functional product knowhow on one or more of the following topics:
SD, MM, FI, CO, PP, PM, PS, WM
CRM Strong customer orientation and attitude towards resolving solution issues of customer-ability to handle critical
customer situations
Orientation to learn and work with new processes and solutions in a domain(s)
Display high level of performance
Excellent communication skills: presentation/facilitation, verbal communication, & listening
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
