Should have:
3-6 years of relevant experience in the filed of WRAN RF Planning & Optimization preferably ER System
Familiar with WRAN/GRAN Planning and Optimization Fundamentals
Have worked on different RF Propagation model tuning
Experience in design of both Green field & expansion of existing networks
Having worked extensively on field & system level Optimization
Perfection on the working of
RF Planning Tools(Wizard, TEMS, etc)
RF Optimization & Drive Test tools(TEMS, etc)
Understanding of Network Performance KPIs, formulae & Counters
Worked on Capacity & Coverage Planning
Database management and planning
Well versed with RF related parameters for both voice & data (HSXPA)
Network dimensioning for both voice & data requirements
Skills to audit Site Selection through reports and parameters
Extensive Knowledge of AXE platform and 3G parameters of ER
Good knowledge of IP domain and its implementation in WRAN
Worked on planning for in building solutions, micro cell, repeaters for coverage & capacity Optimization
Qualifications : BE, B Tech, MTECH
Experience 3 - 6 Years
