NNOC
Responsible for Surveillance, Fault Management, Configuration and Network Status Reporting functions. NNOC will follow an
interwoven set of procedures for Network Alarms Monitoring, Trouble Ticketing, Paging, Notification, Problem Identification,
Troubleshooting and Rectification to facilitate quick resolution of ISP faults, on a 24X7 basis.
Job description:
The Surveillance and First Line Engineers is overall responsible for
Management of alarms and ownership of resolutions
Issuing and closing of trouble tickets
Engagement of L1+ support when required
Engagement of Field Operations when required
Control and Support to programmed activities (any activity that may impact the network performance)
Alerting of faults to the superior management as per the agreed guidelines
Fault management (First Line of Maintenance (L1)
Coordinate and interface with the other Reliance functions (Transport, NLD/ILD, etc) on network status, interconnection,
faults referred to/from these organisations, and escalations to the other Reliance NNOC functions as appropriate.
Ensure SLA's on fault restorations/ rectification
